I worked on the strategy for the Diversity and Inclusion program for ABN AMRO. It can still be a difficult subject for corporations like ABN AMRO so the strategic decisions where important for this program. The focus was internal, but one of the external campaigns we did was a statement involving all people at ABN AMRO. Asking them questions like 'do you have the feeling you can be yourself at work?' We placed the answers in rainbow colors at the headquarters during pride.
